Antique Loom Shuttle Repurposed into a Test Tube Rack

This is s a repurposed antique loom shuttle previously used in the textile industry.  It comes with 5 glass test tubes and 5 corks.  The wood is dogwood with beautiful color, patina and hardness. The ends appear to be steel and the hardware is brass. The bottom of the rack has four felt feet to protect your surfaces.  Customers use these racks for many purposes- as spice racks. coffee bean storage, plant propagation and more.  The rack measure 15.75" wide, 1.25" deep, and 1.50" high. It is quite a conversation piece while being fun and functional too.
